OUR PROCESS

Graydon Management has a process that begins with an in-depth conversation with a potential client. It will likely take several cups of coffee, so plan accordingly.

  1. Interview – You’ll tell us about your business – all about your business.

  2. Project proposal – If we agree after the interview that there is a specific issue or issues to solve, Graydon Management will put together a project proposal and quotation.

  3. Roll up our sleeves, let’s get to work.

  • Financials – we dig in and look for missing information. Spreadsheets? We love them, and so will you.

  • We help you determine what you want to do with the company: grow, sell, shut it down and then move forward accordingly.

  • Exercises – Determine exactly what each person in the company is really doing; what hats are they wearing? -What interrupts your day?

  • Policies and procedures – what’s missing, what needs to change.

  • Personnel – Use the exercises to determine what position to hire for next.

  1. Time commitment – our goal is to determine the underlying problem, not just the symptom(s) and put a plan in place to solve it within 90 days.

  2. Be excited – you’re on the right track once again and you have a plan to keep your business there. Don’t worry, we won’t abandon you. Moving forward with a small monthly retainer, Graydon Management will help you keep going in the right direction.
